As Operations Manager, I am responsible for implementing and managing Helm Godfrey’s policies and procedures to enable the efficient and compliant running of the company. In addition, I ensure our policies and procedures remain current and appropriate by keeping current (up to date) with changes in regulation, legislation, and the company’s strategic business plan.

I have over 15 years of experience working for IFA companies in various roles, which helps me understand what’s important and always put our clients at the centre of our work.

I am also a member of the Risk Committee, HR & Remuneration Committee, and Management Committee, allowing me to manage our employees’ needs better.

I hold a Certificate in Financial Services, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, and a Diploma in Human Resources Practice. I continue to study towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning to develop and strengthen my industry knowledge.

Away from the office, I enjoy running, playing badminton, comedy nights, and, most importantly, spending time with my daughters and husband.
