As Director of Finance, I am responsible for overseeing the finances of the firm – overseeing, for example, the production of the firm’s annual budget, the firm’s management accounts, the firm’s annual audited accounts and the financial returns to the FCA, and commenting on the firm’s financial position and performance, including making predictions of future performance. I contribute to the firm’s risk assessment process, including its Individual Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.
I am married to Christine with four grown-up children, one married and in Australia. As well as them, I am interested in football, cricket and tennis but find that I am too old and unfit to play. I am also interested in history and visiting historical sites.
