I have worked for Helm Godfrey since May 2006 when I initially joined as a receptionist.  I have been promoted over the years and now provide Operations and HR support to the Company. My main duties include liaising with the Operations Director and looking after the wellbeing of staff.  My position is varied: I enrol new joiners, maintain staff personnel files, run payroll, update company procedures and implement training plans. I also chair the employee forum, co-chair the wellbeing forum, produce minutes for the board meetings and I am Helm Godfrey’s social secretary.  There is never a dull moment in my working day.

Whilst working at Helm Godfrey, I have studied and achieved a Diploma in Human Resources Practice.  I will continue to study and develop my knowledge within Human Resource Management as the processes and legislation continuously changes.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling, live music, and baking.  I also like to participate in extreme sports to keep my adventurous adrenaline junkie side satisfied.  However, my real obsession always will be Peter Andre!
