I provide day to day support to the management team, train new joiners, check files are complete for compliance and supervise new business. Diary management is one of my main tasks as well as providing daily help to advisers and staff with their queries.
The only day to day contact that I have with clients is when I help out on the main switchboard. On these occasions I ensure that the clients feel that they have had a good, polite, professional and friendly service.
Away from the office I spend most of my free time with my husband and two young daughters. They keep me busy, but I socialise with friends and read whenever I can.
